Relli Parts & Components operates in accordance with the AS9120B standard, the international quality standard for aerospace and defence distribution.
Our quality management system is designed to ensure full traceability, product conformity and delivery reliability within critical applications.

Relli Parts & Components has been certified fully compliant with the AS9120 norm and is regularly audited by LRQA to ensure that our quality system is maintained at the highest possible level.
To achieve our goal of providing the best service experience to our customers, our approach is as follows:
- Parts are sourced from reputable suppliers, preferably from the OEM or manufacturer or thru authorized distribution channels.
- Orders are placed with suppliers as soon as possible after receiving the customer's order, and status updates are regularly requested.
- We strive to deliver parts either just-in-time or before the agreed delivery date, in accordance with the customer's requirements.
In cases where orders are delayed beyond the control of Relli Parts & Components, we will inform the customer immediately and proactively do everything possible to minimize the delay.
- Quality controls are conducted internally in full compliance with the requirements of AS9120B, with specific attention given to product quality and traceability.
No part will leave our warehouse if the origin or suitability of the product is in doubt.
- Orders are carefully packaged and handled, and shipped via a carrier assigned by Relli with tracking, or via the customer's own forwarder.
